These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the LINE app extension service "Torapira" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by KenTo Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") regarding the Service.

Article 2 (Registration)

Users may use the Service after completing the registration process as prescribed by the Company and receiving approval from the Company.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Activities that disrupt the operation of the Service
  • Actions that infringe the rights of the Company or third parties
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access or misuse the Service

Article 4 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The Company may suspend the provision of all or part of the Service without notifying the User in the following cases:

  • When server maintenance or updates are required
  • When service provision becomes difficult due to natural disasters, power outages, or other force majeure events
  • In other cases deemed necessary by the Company

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company assumes no responsibility for the following matters:

  • Damages resulting from the use of the Service
  • The accuracy or usefulness of information obtained by the User through the Service
  • Disputes that arise between Users, or between Users and third parties

Article 6 (Changes to the Terms of Use)

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. If the Terms are changed, the revised Terms will take effect by being posted on the website.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
